📍 Origin of coffee: This coffee is produced by the NGO Conserva Colombia, thanks to the farmers of the department of Bolivar in Colombia, this production gives rise to agreements for the conservation of biological corridors vital for local species.

☕ Flavor profile:

• Aroma: Citrus, chocolate, nuts.
• Taste: Panela and grapefruit.
• Body: Medium.
• Acidity: Bright.

🌱 Cultivation process: Washed process, with an 18-hour fermentation, at an altitude of between 1,400 and 1,600 meters above sea level, the expert coffee growers behind this coffee have received specialized training to preserve these vital ecosystems for local wildlife.

🌱 Coffee variety: 100% Arabica coffee: Castillo.
