📍Origin of coffee: Produced in the picturesque Sierra Madre of Chiapas, our coffee is the result of the efforts of the coffee community "La Tribu".

• Aroma: Milk chocolate and dried fruits.
• Taste: Nuts, cocoa and cashews.
• Body: Soft, creamy texture.
• Acidity: Medium.

🌱 Cultivation process: This Washed process coffee is grown organically and under natural shade, at a height of between 1500 and 1800 meters above sea level, respecting the principles of biodiversity.

🌱 Project behind coffee: "La Tribu" This network of cooperatives, made up of 539 peasant families, has as its fundamental mission to convert coffee growing into a worthy form of progress and development for the families that depend on this crop.

🌱 Sustainability: In the "El Triunfo" Biosphere Reserve, a coffee is created that is not only an exquisiteness, but also a testimony of our commitment to the preservation of the environment.
